Butterflies & Bees

The Mobile Application – Butterflies and Bees – is a Citizen Science initiative, to promote the understanding and action necessary for a sustainable environment. It is hoped that this mobile application will help increase awareness and understanding about butterflies and bees amongst fellow citizens.

Butterflies and Bees play an important role in the Web of Life. Many butterflies are closely linked to specific plants and habitats. Bees are one of the most important pollinators, and many flowering plants depend on them. By understanding the significance of Bees and Butterflies in our environment, we can enthusiastically participate in their conservation.

Butterflies and Bees App is an initiative of Earthwatch Institute India to facilitate easy identification of some of the butterflies and bees in the field using mobile application. It is hoped that this mobile application will help increase public awareness and generate greater interest regarding butterflies and bees amongst the young citizens in our country. The App will further strengthen our keenness to observe the bees and butterflies and help us as Citizen Scientist in contributing to the knowledge base.

The app displays information such as:

1. High Resolution image.

2. Common and Scientific names.

3.Key data like IUCN Status, Endemicity, Rarity, Size, Typical Habitat, Localities, Where to Look and Activity.

App Features:

1. Multiple navigation like Pages, Slider and searchable grid view.

2. Pinch or Double tap to Zoom.

3. Butterflies & Bee slideshow widget!

4. Slideshow mode.

5. In-App brightness control.

6. Set any Butterfly & Bee picture as your Wallpaper.

7. Landscape book style navigation.

7. Remembers previous read page and position.

تطبيقات الهاتف المتحرك - الفراشات والنحل - هو مبادرة المواطن العلوم، لتعزيز التفاهم والإجراءات اللازمة من أجل بيئة مستدامة. ومن المؤمل أن تطبيقات الهاتف المتحرك هذا سيساعد على زيادة الوعي والفهم عن الفراشات والنحل بين المواطنين.

الفراشات والنحل تلعب دورا هاما في شبكة الحياة. وترتبط العديد من الفراشات ارتباطا وثيقا النباتات وموائل محددة. النحل هي واحدة من أهم الملقحات، والعديد من النباتات المزهرة تعتمد عليها. من خلال فهم أهمية النحل والفراشات في بيئتنا، ونحن يمكن أن تشارك بحماس في الحفاظ عليها.

الفراشات والنحل التطبيق هو مبادرة من معهد رصد الأرض الهند لتسهيل سهولة التعرف على بعض من الفراشات والنحل في مجال استخدام تطبيقات الهاتف المتحرك. ومن المؤمل أن تطبيقات الهاتف المتحرك هذا سيساعد على زيادة الوعي العام وتوليد اهتمام أكبر فيما يتعلق الفراشات والنحل بين المواطنين الشباب في بلدنا. سوف التطبيق مواصلة تعزيز حرصنا على مراعاة النحل والفراشات ومساعدة لنا والمواطن العلماء في المساهمة في قاعدة المعرفة.

المعلومات يعرض التطبيق مثل:

1. صورة عالية الدقة.

2. أسماء الشائعة والعلمية.

البيانات 3.Key مثل IUCN الحالة، الاستشراء، الندرة، الحجم، موئل نموذجي، محليات، أن ننظر فيها وآخر.

التطبيق الميزات:

1. الملاحة متعددة مثل الصفحات، المتزلج وعرض الشبكة للبحث.

2. قرصة أو الصنبور مزدوج للتكبير.

3. الفراشات والنحل الشرائح القطعة!

4. طريقة عرض الشرائح.
